I suspect it's a Fordson looking at the writing down the side of the radiator

It sort of looks like it has really good brakes. :)
Unless there are two of them, This truck has a Buick V-8 in that snout ahead of the IH inline 6. This truck is in the Keystone Museum located in Colonial Heights VA USA

Thank You Swishy!!!! You beat me to it.. There was a blurb about the Rubber Railway on the old Just Old Trucks webside several years ago in their WAI? section. If I remember right(??) They were made in Canada?
