As John said RR were coach built. RR only supplied the running gear and front end tinwork the rest was by various body builders. Of course dealers had a couple of preferred builders and complete cars on the floor so there are many similar. Along with numerous extras were wheels and owners could have wire, steel spokes or disc. Back in the day no two RR were the same.
Since the 50's they offered standard bodies by Mulliner or Park Ward so there are many the same but there were still many built by other body shops.

My first thought was Moon, but the peaked cowl still has me wondering.

Well I started looking the wheels and grill and mud guards as the rest as already stated was probably locally made
And I didn't find any 5 stud wooden wheels like these
I also dont believe its car converted to a ute but rather a truck built down to a ute
It looks far to heavy duty for a car chassis and running gear for my eyes

The closest I could find is a Bean but its not heavy duty enough
5 stud wooden wheels
Flat bonnet end to end and not bending up up at the cowl
Vertical louvers in the bonnet sides

It has steel spoke wheels. Very common pommy setup.

Late teens, early '20s Lanchester. The radiator and cowl shape fit, as does the long bonnet and wheelbase. The radiator badge is round as well.

The bottom photo that wee-allis posted looks like a name embossed on the manifold?
My eyes aren't good enough to make it out, but looks more like "Lanchester" than "R/R" to me anyway.
If so, more than likely the big old slow revving 6 banger?
Not a bad looking jigger for its day.
