Just popped a video up on youtube that you guys might want to have a peek at. It was filmed a couple years ago at Monarto Plough Day. This was part of our Earth moving display.

Thanks guys, the Scraper was a big hit at the rally, the GM fans were salivating at that beautiful noise! There was also a few smaller dozers and crawlers as well as a big tow along grader. We also had ploughing demonstrations with horses and tractors as well as chaff cutting displays, stationary engines and old trucks and cars. I'm in the process of making another video which I'll post up soon.

Hey chugga, is this ploughing day a bit of an annual event? If so when abouts do you hold the event cause i could drop the missus of at the Monarto zoo for a few days to look at the animals while I watch something I like LOL

Funny you mention that Ute, We (as in our club) are currently in the planning stages of one for next year. We try to do it every two years but it depends on other events and club members work loads (as quite often it coincides with late harvest etc) If and when it goes ahead I'll be sure to let everyone know. It's a great day out! With any luck my Allis Chalmers B will make an appearance but at the moment it looks like this......
