Mate, You've dredged up a 12 Year Old Thread, & The bloke hasn't logged in for (Almost) 8 Years..!!
The chaces of him contacting you would be tiny  to say the least...!

True Mate, but have to try all avenues. a bit like the Lotto, there is always a winner. Someone on here may know this bloke, you don't know if you've won until the draw is done. You wouldn't happen to have a pair ?

If my memory serves me right they would be a flat glass, if so get something cut out of a screen that is oversize.
like maybe a W model screen, there is a lot of glass used in industry that meets or exceeds windscreen spec's, bloody big sheets of it.

Unfortunately not so, curved glass on outer edge, left and right are different . I am going to take it to a truck windscreen place who will see if he can cut them from another make/model .
Thanks for your interest in my problem.

Well, here is a long shot.  Not sure if it helps or not....

This link references PGI as one of their suppliers.
www.visionautoglass.com.au/products

This link down loads a PDF which lists the 4070 screen part numbers made by PGI.
www.alfaclubvic.org.au/forum/index.php?a...=8639.0;attach=19385

Part numbers IH676 and IH677

TRANSTAR 4070 F/C RHS 1/2 WINDSCREEN 1965 1970 IH676 LT 1027 625 R P B 147
TRANSTAR 4070 F/C LHS 1/2 WINDSCREEN 1965 1970 IH677 LT 1030 625 R P B 147

Maybe give the mob in the first link a ring to see if they can get the part number.  (and yes, the links and files are quite old..... hence the long shot.)

I would think it wouldn't be too hard to track down a man with a CO 9670, within the historic truck movement.

does the CO9670 have the same windscreens as the CO4070?
