I do not know if they are the same, but that listing from nearly 12 years ago says he has a 4070, 4200, CO 9670, and CO 400. 

I imagine the 9670 would be the easiest to track down to find the owner, to ask if he has any 4070 windscreens left for sale now.

That's just how i would go about it.

Like most old blokes my memory is shot, but I remember one off the blokes around when I was young had a flat bit of glass and then a thin flat bit running down the side with a rubber joint like some Atkinsons maybe, you have to look outside the square if it's just a couple of bit's keeping your truck of the road. I have seen a lot of modification's in the early days because stock windscreens and other parts were very dear and you smashed a lot of them.
