Dave
They are the wheels that were on it when Mike got it 15 years ago.
Does anyone know of any other D15's in Australia and if so does anybody have any photos.
Would also like to try and find some old photos of T J Richards body builders from Adelaide back in the late 30's if possible.

Gday Andy
Well I am certainly not.
'RS' sums me up.
I apologise if my reply seemed a bit blunt and am pleased you accepted my low regard for Leylands.
I did an apprenticeship with them, drove many, and later I sold them at a Leyland Dealer.
Even after all that I still do not like them at all.
My personal view is that they were basically good engines wasted in a bad truck.
The 680 engine was amazing and I believe it was taken as the starting point by several other manufacturers. DAF comes to mind.
If the man from Warrnambool reads this I hope he accepts that this is my personal view and I fully respect that he may disagree with me.
The world would be a boring place if we all liked the same trucks.
I now feel better for explaining myself.
Cheers

The boat's there to be rocked, Roland! Plus we're here for good fun.
Swishy, great pics but the stand-outs for me are those little tippers. Sigh! :-*

Gday Andy & Swishy
I agree about the reel of Inter pics.
Great Stuff mate.
I spent many years involved with Vehicle graphics and have recently noticed a couple of classics on the forum.
The Inter pics include:
'Kookaburra Macaroni' ..... have I got that right ?
'HOOVER It Beats as It Sweeps as it Cleans'
I will start a New Thread I think.
'Old Truck Ads for Current Companies'
Cheers
