That reminds me of the time when the battery in my 1969 Ford Capri died and the only other battery I had was too big to fit in the battery box. I had the big battery on the passenger floor and jumper leads running like that to the terminals.
After work, a clamp kept coming off and a nice policeman held it in place for me.
When the car started, I thanked him and he said "You wouldn't be stealing this car, would you Sir? I was feeling cheeky, so I replied "Ha Ha, that is for me to know and you to find out."
With that, I drove away"

Maybe the Jeep was left there yesterday to stop the black car and the truck running into the 1000 litre tank. I wonder if there are more tanks and maybe a crashed truck behind the camera?

Sight glass on the fuel tank is a good idea, might get one of them.
