Something a little different for mrsmack.

Picked these up from my mothers house after 40 years in storage.
Amassed a nice array of model US and European trucks from childhood but didn't realized what a closet Mercedes Benz collector I must have been then.

Love the 1418 Lego Shell tanker from the mid 60's.most of the rest are Matchbox, Husky, Corgi and Siku .

    Thats a well looked after collection of toys considering the ago of them

    After I stumbled upon the Lego exhibition in Melbourne a month or so ago my brother and I spent many hours reminiscing on the phone about the few toys we had as kids

    I'm getting more nostalgic the older I get, if that is even possible because I have always been a nostalgic type of person

    Here's one I drove many, many years ago.

    And a couple more I might of driven, but only around the yard
     
    And this one I used to see quite often around Sydney but has been a couple of years since I last saw him.
