Knighty, if that truck was at coona I,ll kill my mate,he was a copper out there a while back.Bought a an old white out there but the natives got to it before I could pick it up & burn,t it.Old Reschs brewery truck. >

On the subject of access doors on the bonnetts, my old 67 W has the same but was never an overnighter, to my knowledge, was this just a mod to make life easy on the run or particular to these trucks.

i would go as far as saying it IS ex Kwikasair. Looking at it i would also say it had a full aero kit tooDefinatly looks TNT to me Knighty.

Just got on the computer, only use my phone at work, and looked at the chassis number.............407614.........3 before my (ex) bosses
his fleet number is/was 1KT290 so is should be just under that. althought Jim Duffield has informed me he knows of 3-4 sleepers just like that one that were numbered *KT258/259/260. But 259 was used to trial the full aero kit which came fitted later on. This truck is featured on the cover of the July 1985 Truck & bus magazine.
OH.....and looking into my photo collection it would have only had the small air scoop and no visor.
