Kenny,

Reinforced Plastics in Melbourne did the fibreglass work on the Atkisons! Atkipete can confirm this for me!

Joe

Reinforced Plastics and also Delta Craft who did a different version of the cab. Explained in Chapter 8 of my book.

And Kenworth well what can we say about them , the cabs are made in Melb by a company that used to make kit cars BOLWELL and the door frames and doors are made in Greensbough Melb.

But best thing about KW is they use a lof of NO G*ps in them not bad for a truck thats worth in excess of $150000 . Dave :'( :'( :'(

Dave,

Bolwell still exist - they also build completely built up cars - www.bolwellcarcompany.com/ is the address to see the modern Nagari!

Joe

PS: They did the bonnet for the T604/608!

Werkhorse,

You ain't referring to the truck owned by the father of the three Kernaghans in country music, Lee, Tania and Fiona, Ray, now, are ya? What an awesome rig! Our local TAFE Campus has a picture of her up on the wall in the Automotive Mechanics block!

Joe

PS: I almost forgot to mention I saw her a coupla months back in Truckin' Life!

Yes Ray Kernagan was the second owner and used it to promote his tour for the Jet set country album in which he wrote a song about the truck

If anyone has any information or know's where the jet cradle is i have the owner's phone number as this is all that is stopping him from gettin her back together

Swishman,

You mean to tell me that your B-Model was a B615? It'd be a real fluke if it was your truck!
