Working Classic of the Week

Just a couple of working classics from over the ditch. Although they are not now doing their original work (the Autocar was a concrete agitator truck and the Leader was a tipper) both trucks are still working, ending their days peacefully as contractors' water tankers.

the mack flintstone is still going strong on interstate my brother in law passes it a fair bit in his late model mack.

This truck still on the road, saw it the other day in Melbourne I spoke to the owner a few years back, he told me it's powered by a V8 UD which probably explains why it's still on the road

I didn't think there would be any V8 UD's left on the road.
