Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

it is - sort of. It's a Market Gardener cab. That not a make it's a style where the cab is widened to allow the driver to sleep across the front seat while waiting for the fruit and vegetable wholesale market to open while loaded with freshly picked produce

Here is a sort of sleeper cab my grandfather Bill Ayres bought new a 1936 Studebaker the cab was widened in Melbourne it sat a family of 5 one sat on the right side of the driver.
