Hi Swish,
I take that as praise from the Wantirna Pixel Manipulator.
The lack of people was just a matter of patience.
This is some thing I have lots of ......
I knew it was only a matter of time before your pic of me appeared .
Keep on Clicking mate
You can tell it was the morning after I arrived... the cars still clean.
Cheers

My set today covers the various motorhomes, campervans and caravans: some as display items; others just for the convenience of exhibitors. I skipped a blue & white regular, as I have it photographed at other shows.

Flxible Clipper (with purpose-built motorhomes in the distance):
SA Leyland rural school bus (originally all-over yellow).
1978 Leyland Terrier, former Kenilworth (Qld?) school bus:
Just a glimpse of a yellow (International?), with a wide bonnet. It looked like a former National 'bread-basket' Melbourne midibus, but may have been smaller:
International, believed to have been a former catering vehicle for support at police actions, with a smart matching caravan:
Just a glimpse of one which I suspect is a Bedford/Comair:
Early 1960s aluminium, with lines which I don't recognise, and that external-access locker; I suspect a homebuilt. It is used for holidays, and the owners have built up a good collection of 1960s items for displays.

Just a thought for possible layout.
Semis set out diagonal both sides along racecourse.
Buses set out diagonal along north side of entrance road.
Military set out diagonal along south side of entrance road.
Cars and oddball stuff park along northern fence line opposite where Browny/Murray where parked.
Start to fill trucks from the pedestrian entrance first and then fill down towards semis.
All caravans could be parked out in the area where the military vehicle's were backed in along fence.
Anyway just a thought.
Absouloutly 100% behind the new venue it S#!ts all over Sandown.
One other thing the club needs to look at is much better directional signage for the event.

Yup
bring m in the nex gate where it B unmade n gravel
the gate off the main entrance twaz bizzy @ the cross rd in to turnstiles n sum needed to make a 3 point turn to go into where the sem eyes were
Slos good idea but not nuff room to reverse semi eyes in to n upto concrete path sum would need to back in on there blind side
may B shuv all the trucks out in to grass area where buses n military were n keep the treed n grassed area
for small vehicles etc
Jist me 2 c wurth tax free
LOL
