A Waratah motorbike?

You mean as in Made in Australia Waratah?

An Oz bike. Well I'll be, I never knew that.
I thought it was all Vincent, Velocet, Enfield and BSA this country.
(I'm not a Currency Lad.)

Now it seems we're neither the Lucky Country or smart (not that I don't like my Honda's).
Dig it up and buy it in.

G'day Mr Bobsboy, yes we have Aussie brand motorcycles from a long time ago when we made stuff here : :
Most manufacturers used bought in engines from Blackbourne, J.A.P. and also Villiers two strokes for the lightweight machines.
Over your way Tillbrook was a semi successful motorcycle manufacturer and racer.

best were the last few with the X-Flow motor. Swap the cast out for an alloy head, triple side-draft webers made for one well disguised rocket. (Q-ships they were called)
