Gday mike,
there were some early kero chamberlains and super 70's fitted with Vickers power packs which are belt driven, but the one in your photo is the later vickers V200 series which were introduced for the super 90's. The vain pump is driven off the back of the camshaft. Im no expert but ive seen alot more super 70's fitted with the later set up.
