Tractors
She's a McCormick International A414 Diesel - and before anyone asks, the man wearing the green overalls is me old man!
A little question for you all: there were 2 models in the 414 Diesel series.... the A414 and the B414 - both had the D154 series diesel engine in the same series as the models - now what is the difference between the two models???

Hi Joe ,well I got the B part right ,but i didn't know inter made tractors in australia ,so assumed the a was yanky ,win some ,loss some .ian.
Ian,
If A = American, why isn't it on the TD6's badge??? Nothing on the model badge indicates an American machine!
A piece of trivia for you, mate: from what I read on the data plate on the transmission, the tractors were also made in the Dandenong truck plant (however I stand to be corrected by AtkiPete!).....
The A414 Diesel we own is Serial # A414-1835 - if anyone out there can help me ID the year this particular tractor was built, it would help!
