Floor fabbing and welding look very neat. Also look at finding where water was getting in to keep things as dry as you can. Even with best paint on there damp floors under mat/carpet will rust in no time

Bryant, hartop's got a good point. What's it like under the dash, around the vents? (while you can still flip the cab around....)
Jarrod.
PS: nice detail with the floormat retainers at the sides of the floorpans - not many still have those.

Hi Mac I'm staying with the bench seat but your bucket seat mounting job is a top idea it looks like its been factory fitted can't wait until my cab looks as nice as yours hi hardtop both yourself and jarrod are correct the majority of the water leaks are from dried out seam sealer that runs the length of the plenum chamber I will be cleaning out the old sealer cleaning up the joins rust profing and re seam sealing the whole show thanks for your positive feedback chaps regards Bryant

Quick update I've managed with some help to tip the cab on end so I can clean up the welds and smooth the joins out with some fiberglass filler ready for a coat of epoxy gloss black also I've repaired the rust issue at the base of the drivers side bottom door hinge area as it was full of mud and the drain hole was blocked plan is to get the cab back on the chassis within the next 2 weeks cheers Bryant

g day Bryant, how's the rest of your cab for rust. I stripped back my roof last week, had a inch of bog in the back corners, looks like the face of the moon, someone has flogged the sh$t out of it with a ballpein. my arms are copping a flogging with hammer and dolly.cheers boris.

Hey Boris the rest of the cab is 95% rust free apart from the RH rear cab corner but it's only minor . I looked at a lot of dodges before I brought my first and most were complete rust buckets . I see your in QBN I'm in your neck of the woods I've got a few mates local that are rebuilding AT4s & D5ns will have to catch up one day and talk dodge cheers Bryant
