I used to be a truck driver,
but i am now not a truck driver ,
on a good day i can remember

Another truck that i liked was...........
an R model Mack belongin to Bobby Hayes of Bega, mostly driven by Tony Hayes,
& had a 12V71 up front. The bonnett etc had to be lengthened to cover all the machinery of corse.
They were always comin up with some thing out of the ordinary

i remember that truck going up Ousley thought it was odd looking until i caught up with it one day and had a look great looking truck it certainly jogged my memory well done Billy

Hi Billy .. it was just something to do with the Hayes Bega people....they were always BTO's and had V12's in a couple of other bangers....Kenworths and a Pete springs to mind...

The transport industry lost a real innovative bloke when Bobby Hayes was
killed in that light plane bingle.
