....The last i recall of old Charlie Burmeister was at Coward St Mascot ( not far from Oriordan St)
After TNT gobbled him up, the old tin shed lasted for donkeys years still with Burmeisters Freight Lines
written across the top. As i recall early in the piece, he was at Glebe point somewhere.....

Billy, yes definitely in Adderley st Auburn/Lidcombe around 1962. They also had at least one 180 bogie tipper, that carted coke or flyash, or something similar local. Trucks were dark green.

O/nite ,.. Sounds OK to me...…….. I don't recall the first time I seen them at Mascot but, would have been later than that, still dark green 80s & 90s,
yard was a mess but the trucks looked ok.
