I put a photo of this truck on here about two and a half years ago. This photo was taken yesterday, it's still working as well as ever.

That commer truck actually has a v8 cat motor in it . I spoke to the owner about a year ago about it . regards kw10

That is an interesting old Leader, I thought the ones with the first cab, as in the cab with the F model Mack windscreens, all had 3208 CATs in them with 613 Roadrangers. That one looks like a 15 speed in it, what sort of Cummins motor has it got? The front axle doesn't look Leader either.

Actually, it Looks like a Steel cab to me.Look at the Mudguard under the Drivers Door..
But then It has the roof mounted air intakes like all early Leaders had.......

The bloke that owns it isn't very clued up on things he told me 250hp 10 speed the engine was red didn't get a good look. I think it was steel cab had bog in it

One of the ol mates had one of those early model rockets.
from memory had a 6 Cyl Cat (around 250hp) with what i would class as 'early model Acco' type runnin gear. 34s or similar on 2 spring

the Leaders i know of had quite a good looking mudguard step...an aluminium extrusion with the word leader in it, but other than that...she looks all pretty kosher...
