Went past it northwise aboot 3,15pm and even the back of tank was burnt and it was still smouldering, But not as much as some of the cars in the 15km long carpark were.

At 6;30pm they were still crawling down the highway a few kms up the road.

Why ? It never rains there unless I visit, then there are floods so you can see he knew I was not in the country !

A tarp would have held everything together. But this idiot did not even secure the load in any form or fashion...

But since you mentioned floods, here's a very expensive total loss (there's always someone who thinks he can beat nature).
