Broke down n abandoned for the weekend (1968)
1968 An abandoned tank was announced by traffic patrols in New York. The armor sailed on the train was wasted three days near a busy intersection. As it turned out, the inoperable tank was delivered by a private company and after the breakdown of the vehicle combination they could not continue their journey.


Also looks a few wheels n axles short of a legal load

Tanks for da memories

My mate across the road showed me this unfortunate accident where one of the drivers from his yard lost his life just last week. He was only new in the driving game and fell asleep at the wheel going by the inside camera. Fortunately the other truck that this ran into was able to stop and jump clear. Bloody sad when you see and hear of these things and hopefully it helps other think of the possible outcomes before it happens again. This was a Kenworth K200, one of them big buggas of a cab you could hold a party inside. Accident was up around Rockhampton, I think.
