I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Yes, Morris Commercial. The chromed slash on the grille indicates it has the Saurer Diesel engine. I looked for my reference book yesterday by cannot find it. I will take your word that it is called FV. I should know but the old memory fails me more and more. If I find the book before I forget this, I will confirm the years they were built.
They are very rare. I was offered one of these a few years ago, when I was loosing storage and frantically selling trucks. Sold five Morris Commercials for less than they cost me. You wouldn't believe it but two weeks after the FV was sold, a mate offered me free under cover storage!
This model was NOT the Equiload (not Equiloader), that was the Morris Commercial "C" series of trucks with a much more conventional looking cab and front sheetmetal. The name was because the factory said the vehicle shared the load equally between front and rear axles. If that was the case, why would they have dual wheels on the rear?
