Yes with the washers, but no with the locknuts.

Well not at the moment, I thought I had some, but do you think I can find them!.

Get some more tomorrow, hopefully at the Kalbar QLD Swap Meet.

Both plates in.

All is good in Bedford land, should be right for a few years now
Only I would do different is paint it before I put it in to stop it rusting again
