I don't have any pictures but driving through Kettering Tasmania on Saturday, on the Channel Hwy, about 1km before Kettering (heading north), spotted two unregistered Ford Cargos, one 4 wheeler SWB, one bogie LWB with no motor but cab has been raised higher than normal, as if it has had a repower earlier in its life, both in good condition, and right on the side of the road, and about 1 or 2 kms north of the town a Commer C7 Mk 1V on a property, but clearly visible from the road. Couldn't tell if it was petrol or diesel, looked to be in OK condition, but obviously hadn't run for quite a few years, sorry that I had no time for photos as I was running late for my flight home. Also spotted a D series Ford on the side of the road somewhere in my travels in Tas but forgotten where it was. Abandoned cars and trucks on properties are common all over Tas.

Just got back from a holiday in Tassy, saw lots of old trucks both on the road and in paddocks. Many Dodges and Inters carrying firewood, something we don't see up here!

G'day overnite, would this be the Commer seen near Kettering? Spotted a couple of years ago while staying at there.
