What is being done with the bread now, it is still wrapped in plastic
Ian [/quote

The bread is used for making stock feef pellets

The machine can sort all the plastic and cardboard
goes through a hammer mill then a dryer and comes out breadcrumbs, then made into stock feed pellets in the one process. Should make 25 tons per hour.
So far from friday till today we have carted 180 tons
of bread crumpets ect . All returns from the shops.
Most of the stuff is still well before it's use by date.

Grain in to make the flour - bread down to make the pellets - pellets back to every where.

Only been doing it for 2 weeks 6 days on and 3 off and I'm buggered already. Can't winge about not having any work fo the next 5 years i spose..........

You don't need a toaster! You could do it Alby Mangles/Malcolm Douglas style and just pop a few slices on the exhaust manifold before you leave and they'll be ready by the time you get to your destination! :D

You can also make breadcrumbs by dropping them into the inlet, keeping the engine at a fast idle, and waiting until they come out the exhaust **

Interstater - Nah .. what ya do is .. ya get one of those old woven-springwire, wooden mattress frames, prop it up vertical .. pull out ya 400 amp CIG Transarc stick welder, turn it on and crank it up to 300-350 amps .. clamp the earth lead on one diagonal corner of the woven wire .. then drop the handpiece and welding rod on the opposite diagonal corner, making sure the rod sticks .. :D

About then, you'll see the whole mattress wire frame glow a dull red .. and then ya can all just stand around the wire with ya slices of bread on BBQ forks .. cooking ya toast, and keeping yerself warm, all at the same time .. ;D ;D
