iz it normal for an OZ mack to have the Xhaust n Air cleaner on drivers side
me thort single aircleaners were mounted on passenger side as there B less driver obstruction
Jist my casual interpretation

Those Gearbulk ships are bloody great to unload bulk from with gantry cranes .

On an R600 with fibreglass tilt hood, the standard position for the air cleaner is on the RHS. During the early to mid 70,s some R600's with the f/glass tilt hood did have the air cleaner mounted on the LHS, not many.
If it had a fibreglass cab, it would be on the LHS.
If it was a steel front it would be on the LHS.
If the Mack crane above is pretty original, it would probably be a 73-74 model.

Old dog I'm shore everyone knows the answer to question excect me so here it is .
When the front loader is working in pile of slag that is on fire why dont the tyres catch on fire or melt ??? . Dave

Yes the tyres often catch fire, it don't seem to worry them they just keep working and find a puddle of water to drive through. They must get realy warm as there is steam comming off the chains when they are working in the pit. I am never quick enough to grab a piccy though.
