Closest so far, Dayco make something that may be adapted.

1 filter mob listing showed as breakaway bellows but could not find it as a part.

Yeah, elusive. Donaldson are asking if it could be called an 'intake adapter', but so far not much like it.

Yep, thats the sort of thing, Lang,
What do Mack call it?
I need the same thing in 3 inch round to drop down on top of my air cleaner.

From what I can see it is the air cleaner companies who are the source of this unit. Most new trucks offer the buyer their own choice of air cleaner and the bellows differ accordingly..
I think a little 3 inch one will be very hard to find. Should not be all that hard to adapt a bellows from a 4x4 diesel turbo or intercooler unit. You can get the wrinkly bit attached but might have to improvise a skirt for it out of rubber and glue it on. Does not have to be tight as the suction will pull it up against the mating flange on the air cleaner or inlet steel pipe depending which way up you decide to put it.
Something like this Nissan joiner with a rubber "donut" glued on the bottom out of some soft sheet. Perhaps if you just cut the thing off on the bottom "wrinkle" it would seat nicely on a flat air cleaner surface or a flat flange on the intake pipe.
