Well Fella's
The plot is certainly thickening!
From a Kiwi point of view, numbers 400001 and 400002 are looking like the leaders at the moment.
With the Rugby World Cup here as well, its looking like a good year.
Merry Christmas to all.

Came across chassis # 400183, it's a K 924 and it's still making a " bob "' even today.
He want's to sell it, that's if anybody's interested, he's after that elusive 20K, as it's still a goer, might be dreamin' tho'.
It's an 8 x 4 and still has the original factory fitted motor , a 335 Cummins, been done up up a few times in it's life. Has a R/R 13 O/D, with 44,000lbs Eatons on Sydney Harbour 6 rod, $hite, it was one hell of a heavy hauler in it's day.
Started life as a l-l-l-long bodied road train for RPM of Longreach, could have pulled one, or if it had to, even six single deckers from way back then.
The bloke who now owns it, had to remove a metre section from the chassis rails, to shorten the wheelbase up a tad, so he could just get it around tight corners here in Brisbane. It's got double rails right thru and strangest of all, no dreaded rust between the rails from all the cattle pee, KW must have done a real good job of painting the rails with something that lasts, eh.
Went and got some piccies of it, only problem was, he in the middle of doing maintenance on it and didn't want to drop the cab and then have to pump it up again.
He still has the original doors in the shed too, the old ones got a bit rattly, so he put on some later version doors.
Check out all the pop rivets, just to try and stop the dreaded cracks from continuing.
