Now that is absolutely unreal. It makes you wonder what else is hidden away around the world.

Replied by Roderick Smith on topic WAGR AEC Regal IV in 1969
690124F Perth (WA): Foden WAG8939 (F39); AEC Regal IV WAG8975 (A75). (Roderick Smith)
From: perthbus.info/report.php?vid=MR10 :
This is an AEC Regal Mk IV, built for MRWA in 1957. AEC A219 six-cylinder 9.6 L 125 hp diesel engine; Wilson four-speed mono-control gearbox; H Porter body, with RC36F or RC38F seating. It seems to have been unique.
It passed to WAGR in 1964, when MRWA was absorbed, and became fleet A75, registration WAG8975. WAGR thought that was very underpowered, and restricted to operating wildflower tours and weekend rail-replacement services in its final days. It was sold in 1969 to a private buyer. As at 2011, it was under restoration, and was painted red.
The bus behind, WAG8939, is Foden F39, built in 1950. See perthbus.info/report.php?vid=WAGR39 .

Replied by Roderick Smith on topic AEC Mk III in 1970 (Vic.)
700419Su 330 Collins St (Melbourne, Vic.): M&MTB AEC Regal Mk III 434 replacing route 42 trams during track work. (Roderick Smith)
The whole streetscape is pure nostalgia: Hotel Australia, TAA & Qantas, typical cars of the era. The bus is advertising Lloyd Triestino 'Galileo' and 'Marconi'.
