Now on the list at the motel as well, tip, make sure your dates are correct, motel seems to think Sat night is the go, confirming by email to make sure.

Yeh people would need to confirm their booking as it is well in advance of the event.
I had to ring back 3 days after I booked our groups in and they had trouble finding the booking. This was for a couple of groups/rooms.
Finally got the confirmation email today
All sweet now

Looks like being a big contingent from down south.

Hard to believe but we've hit our maximum of 250 trucks and 450 for the dinner.......two and a half months before the time line. Thanks to everyone who has entered, it's sure to be a great event

Hats of to Cunning and the other organisers, as it is no easy feat trying to organise something of this scale and probably lots more work to do before the event happens
