The 450 000 k`s probobly isn`t too much of a big deal on the Isuzu,it`s still got a lot left in it,might be worth finding out what it`s been doing though, high k`s on the highway is a lot different to high k`s around town where your always on the brakes and changing gears.

Cheers, I'll find out but by the look of it, it was no long hauler. It seems like a lot of kms, around 40 000 a year. Assuming its from the Geelong area, the roads are pretty windy and hilly down there aren't they. I just saw that it was the waterboards so they probably used it for utility locating like I was saying and as such it probably serviced a large area.

Cheers swishy will give those searches a crack and of course I'll post pics. That's basically the concept with the vacuums but they have what they call a supersonic digging head for a compressor to actually do the digging instead of an excavator. You guys probably don't give a crap but exciting for me

Hofmann (since i dont know your first name :o ) for a "powered"trailer at storage in mayfield they have a 12v powered "trolley"sort of thing ..basically a small 4 wheel trolley with a handle for steering that you connect to the drawbar of a trailer .. the unit probably only weighs around 50/60kgs.. they use it to move 2 ton boats/caravans around a big shed .. it just has a 12v battery for power
