Started instantly :-))
Will till cab back, clean it and see if I can make it move itself.
The range selector has Eaton moulded into it, DIR/OD.
Knob says fuller roadrunner, L,R,1-4, 5-8.
Also has a low/ high selector clamped to gear lever.

It drives, gears change well.
Drives just like a 70s truck, with no power steering and flat front tyres, working on that.
No air or brakes yet, there is a valve under the driver that sticks, will try and free it up.
Yes I will sell it.

The brake valve is bleeding air.
Is there an easy way to connect my shed compressor to pump up the truck air, save having the motor running/starting stopping.
Thanks for the feedback, I am understanding the truck much better now.

If that's T1020, your truck is only 4 before mine (if I'm remembering the number right).
Good that it's going.

Brocky: yes, Aussie cab. Only for a couple of years until Road Commander cab came out.

Could anybody suggest where I can get an E3 foot valve.
Either in Gippsland or somewhere with a reliable delivery service.

For a quick fix of a leaking treadle valve drop some CRC or similar into the air compressor intake. worked for me.
