By George. That might just work.
This photo shows the part that attaches to the tray (being held up by the tyne of a fork) and the lower half, tucked completely under, for transportation to my place. When in use, that half extends way out with the rollers furtherest and on the ground. Four uprights support the hinge.
All I have to do is attach a roller between #2 and #3 supports.

the only convienent way is to lower ramp ta slip n slide the stuff up on to deck
lorry all loaded n tied down
how u gunna winch the ramps up when the deck iz covered in Sh## load

You have air on the said vehicle Why not some air rams under neath Don't have any crayons but something to push it up with a radial shaped arm would work I think Using it to push over the larger surface area means more force Just something to think about

why does the winch have to be fixed at the front could it be fitted to a haymen reece type of socket and you could another socket at the rear of the tray ? some big heavy duty welding lead type plugs and presto! all sorted can winch with load without lift ramps do what you want just a thought

Swishy,
it be easy as furniture has legs, only need 1 or 2 in" to clear wire, thats one reason for roller at back of tray lol. and if u had to move vehicle with no wheels or a heap of boxes, a piece of rhs over wire or some dunnage either side of wire solves the prob.
Also since wire only has to go straight to ramp, it only needs to be long enough to reach a vehicle on ground, no excess wire needed on spool, saving on wear of winch and wire, unlike rear mount that has to then run to front and back.
Of course Im no expert at all, it's just what i thought would work and am happy to be shown better ways. :-[
