You have to admire him
2 chains side by side at the front and 2 spread evenly apart at the rear on the rear Container the front ones to hold the Container down the rear ones to hold the trailer up . Empty 20' GP containers weigh 2300 kgs add up the trailer tare weight plus the ute towing it would have to be close enough to 7 tonnes gross.
In my view this would be dangerous.

Depends on what is towing those containers, a 2018 F350 SD can tow around 15 ton in 5th wheel configuration. (State side, our mob here may have something to say about those weights)

For what its worth, I reckon good on him or her for having a go
Rules are only guide lines for some which is very important to remember
