The Canberra Fire Museum has a 1927 Albion restored.
There were also a couple of that era privately owned in the Melbourne area a few years ago. Perhaps the Fire Museum in Melbourne could help you track them down; they may even have one of them themselves.
The engine in your picture appears to be a Merryweather unit from UK, they rebadged Albion chassis as their own and fitted brass radiators.

Yes, that's them.
They might also try the Glascow Museum of Transport. They had at least one, and Albions came from that area. There are a couple of Albion historical societies over there too who might be able to help.

Could be. Melbourne MFB had several Albions in the 20s and 30s, so some have possibly survived.

My Merryweather "encyclopaedia" friend in UK tells me this is a "Greenwich Salamander" model.

It may also help enquiries to determine what model Albion it is. Should be something on a builders plate to identify it.
