And just started on the steering wheel, that's a broken screw in there.

I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

Some progress on the ute. I used JB weld on the cracks and found it to be good for the job.

I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

New water pump bearings and stopped the water leak. The new plastic type packing gland seems to just melt so I found some old stuff with the rope in it and that did the trick.

The grille trim normally has a hole for the crank handle, a very intricate stamping and easily damaged. Very hard to find as well as the chrome plug. So I bought some stainless sheet and made my own V of it. Well I don’t have a crank handle anyway!

Painted the chassis and the wheels, and fitted new tubes.
