As previously noted, I do remember TK Bedfords with that sticker on the side. One day about 1993/4, I found the only thing an Econovan could beat up the Toowoomba Range - a TK with a "3.3" sticker on the side. Poor little Blue motor. I wouldn't imagine they lasted very long in a truck.

roKWiz that’s a cool piece of paper. Interesting that the LE came out standard with many of the optional items for the DeVille. Haven’t got a chance to catch the the bloke that collects cars from all over the place yet. Will be seeing him for certain this weekend. Hopefully he will be able to point to a few old relics. Will be catching up with him at the local museum. The car club I’m in is taking possession of the Durant they have on display to give it a minor birthday and get running reliably again. Will start a thread on it for the sake of doing so once we get going. It might be of interest to a few of you on here.

I’m starting to grow fond of the TK Bedford. Hmmmmm, I wonder how it would look in the Maroon that the LE came out in with a set of polished wheels.

roKWiz wrote: Luch, I'm certain they had a 308 as an option but can not find it on this HX price list I got as a kid.
My ol man bought a new C60 back then and had it fitted with a luton peak furniture pan.
Note the price of the LE.

By Geeze, wasn't Aircon an expensive Option way back when..??

12% of the Purchase price of the Car/Ute...

ABS was half the price of Air!

Imagine paying for retracting rear seatbelts and a rear speaker cost about the same as the belts??

The Poms had Bedford TK on 16 inch wheels. Don't know if they had them in Australia but would be a little beauty for a car carrier project.

Yes they did. Found this recently sold on Just Cars for $2,500 good goer.

Here is another Australian one

Had a look at this F250 yesterday afternoon. Was hopeful weights might work out but I can’t see it happening. If it was a 350 it could have been a contender.
