Hi PCT, back in those days load sharing wasn't an issue to much, check the dolly out, I'd bet that hasn't got any springs under it. At a guess, I'd say the hydraulic ram is more of a bit of a levelling device.
Come on Swishy, you could have cropped them.

Not the tyres, it was the bridge's.

Maybe in Vic Swishy, good luck registering it up here mate. Mate of mine has a heap of them oscillating little wheels lying around his shed if you need any spares, mainly cause you can't register them here.
